Worry and Anxiety Part 2

My last reflection centred on Psalm 139 and concentrated on Worry and Anxiety and how it can eat away at us and cause us to forget the blessings that God bestows on us.
As you can see the same title has been applied to my latest reflection and I would like to start with the following verses which have been ever present since the start of the crisis
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:4-7).
